Ansø Pen

I enjoy using this pen. I only have two minor quibbles with the pen. First, sometimes the side-click mechanism is a bit hard to push in. This is not often, but it can be annoying if I'm trying to retract the refill and put it into my shirt pocket in one movement. Then I have to try a second time, using my thumbnail to press the button. It works, but it's just an annoyance. The second issue is that after several uses, the pen can start to unscrew. A quick twist is all that is needed. Again, a slight annoyance that feels like it could be resolved with an O-ring. I think the refill retraction causes a vibration that shakes the lower section a little, which lets it unscrew over time. I could take more time to twist the two halves together with more force, but I'm in the habit of not tightening things too much since that can cause unnecessary wear. I appreciate the lack of tip lash for the refills I have tested: Mitsubishi JetStream, Parker, Visconti, etc. Would I recommend the pen? Yes. Would I buy a second pen? On one condition: I have a need to use a Space Pen refill, and this pen can't use the Parker adapter for that refill. Make a slug, plastic or metal, that will work, and I'm sold. Until then, I can use the Slim Smooth Operator for the Space Pen refill. Good pens! I wish you had the slim models available more often.

I normally do not like thinner pens, but this Anso has taken precedent over the other 30 machined pens I have, yes 30, not including fountain pens.

This is so similar to my Rotrings, but so light, perfect grip size for notes, no idea how it would be with pages of script.

I also love how much of the tip sticks out, should be this way with all TT PENS. Just get it, it is so very great, no tip wiggle , great design and great execution.

This pen is an absolute masterpiece. The craftsmanship is flawless, the ergos are perfect, and the pocket clip is brilliant. It feels solid and balanced. The clicky action is incredibly smooth and highly addictive to fidget with. However, the stock 0.5mm refill feels a bit too thin and scratchy for my everyday writing taste. I am swapping it out for a 0.7mm refill from Amazon. It's the size I like. This is a true luxury everyday pocket companion to my TOKO.

Ergonomically this pen sits well in my hand ( I wear medium sized gloves ) and the knurled grip area is quit comfortable.

The activation/deactivation of the nib is solid with no play along with no nib wiggle.

Love the PG-105 Ohto refill in the 0.5 ...which fits my style of writing perfectly.

The design of the pen is stylish without being garish. The logo on the clip adds a noble sense of value and pride that was put into it.

The design is unique and the pen well made.

Glad I made this purchase and the collaboration between Tactileturn and Anso.
