Orders placed by 2pm Central Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day barring unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or over holidays will be ship the following business day. If the order includes custom clip engravings it may take an extra 1-2 business days depending on overall volume. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as the order ships. For returns, items must be in "like new" condition. Items with damage will be returned to the customer, so please do not send in items with scratches or signs of wear. We pride ourselves on the quality of our manufacturing and will take care of every customer that has an issue. A good tool should be used daily and passed on to future generations to enjoy. Now, that doesn’t mean that you can purposefully destroy one of our pens and demand a new one but, if something unexpected goes wrong, we need to know.
